Summit® 12" Black Induction Cooktop

The SINCH115V2B is a 2-zone induction cooktop with 110-120V power sources. The pre-installed cord includes a 3-prong NEMA 5-15P plug for fast setup.

Smooth black glass made by EuroKera creates an attractive, easy-to-clean surface. This cooktop features two 1200W standard 6" elements to accommodate most general cooking needs. NOTE: Due to the 115V operation, a power management function limits the overall output to 1800W. If both elements are in use and the power exceeds 1800W, the cooktop will automatically reduce the power level of the element that is not being adjusted.

For maximum user safety, this cooktop is designed with a 30-minute automatic shutoff mechanism. This mechanism disables each burner after half an hour of no user activity to prevent unsupervised cooking. It also shuts down if the power is activated, but there's no activity after one minute, ensuring the elements won't heat if a guest accidentally touches the wrong button. Users can also activate the child lock to prevent unintended changes.

The SINCH115V2B is equipped with easy-to-use digital controls that are located up front to comply with ADA guidelines for user accessibility, ensuring users don't have to reach over a hot burner to make adjustments. Once your cooking is finished, a residual heat indicator stays illuminated until the surface has cooled down.

NOTE: Induction cooling utilizes magnetized energy that starts inside the cookware, meaning the temperature of the actual cooktop surface does not get nearly as hot as traditional gas or electric elements. Most of the heat is retained inside your cookware, making induction technology the most efficient heating method for your kitchen.

Smooth-top glass cooktop ideal for hotels, apartments, and other small kitchen spaces

Specially designed to ensure maximum guest safety with several protective features included

Burners will automatically turn off after 30 minutes of inactivity, helping to prevent unsupervised heating

Pre-installed 115V NEMA 5-15P 3-pronged cord for easier setup

Electromagnetic heating technology where heat is generated inside your cookware, ensuring a more efficient process with less energy waste, faster heating, and a safer cooking experience

Easy cleanup and elegant style on a smooth ceramic glass surface in a jet black finish

8 1/4" element operates at a maximum of 1800W

6 1/4" 1300W front element to cover most general cooking needs

Allows you to program either burner to heat at a specified level for up to 99 minutes and either turn off when finished or display a countdown with an audible alert when the time is up

Safety feature lets you lock the cooktop to prevent unsupervised heating

Power will automatically shut off if boiling liquid or a wet cloth touches the control panel

Indicator shows when the surface is still hot to touch

Approximately 85% of the heat created goes directly towards heating cookware contents

Heat is primarily confined to the heated cookware, keeping most of the cooktop surface cooler to touch for a safer experience and less chance of collecting baked-on stains

Ships with a set of clips and screws for easy installation into your counter cutout

Upfront controls meet ADA guidelines for easier accessibility

Designed for installation in cutouts sized at 10 5/8" W x 19 5/8" D

Designed for use with 110-120V connections

Summit's selection of Safety First electric cooktops includes thoughtfully designed choices ideal for trusted user safety in hotel rooms, extended stay suites, independent living facilities, and other kitchen settings that require an added level of peace of mind.
